I’m Jerome, and I run Golden Goose Travel.

Before family life, travel was simple: book late, grab a passport, go.

These days, holidays take more planning and more thought. When time is limited and money matters, getting it right counts.

That shift changed how I think about travel. I care less about ticking boxes, and more about how a place works as a whole: the pace, the layout, the food, and whether it suits the people going.

I was born in South Africa and raised in the UK, and travel has always been part of my life - from long trips back to see family to spending years exploring places like Southeast Asia and the US. Those experiences still shape what I recommend today.
